Imprint of Funk

Credits : Sly , Leroi & Club Jockey. This is a collection of our original songs on mp3. Some are good & some sucks.

BlackFunk - Aged 21, Born in Marseilles, France residing in Marseilles. Currently working in ESA as a fighter pilot. She has played the guitars since age 6.

Wendy - Aged 23, Born in Bordeaux, France residing in Marseilles. Currently working in a law firm as an accountant. She has played the drums since age 11.

Basset - Aged 22, Born in Zephoire, Belgium residing in Marseilles. Currently working in the NAVY as a cargo pilot. He has been playing the piano since age 6. He's the only male member of the band.

Sutiara - Aged 26, Born in Amsterdam, Holland residing in Marseilles. Currently doing her housemanship in the local hospital. She has been playing guitars since age 8.

We do find it hard to find the time to get together like we used to back when none of us was tied up with work. But when we do find the time we try to record a few songs when we can in our basement studio that we have set up a few years back. And also with the help of bro Roi we do sometimes pull up a few gigs at a local club called The Revolution. We play there every fortnitely on Saturdays, unless we are held up with our jobs.

Anyway, we do this out of love to express and also as a way to release our thoughts and opinions on matters that are usually held deep within our minds and kept there till it decays. We have saved some funds to get our own post production equipment so that we can do a very high production quality for our music but we haven't got the time to learn how to fully use it just yet due to time constraint.

So in the meantime for all our friends and members or fans, if any, LOL... do check out our songs. 2 new songs from our upcoming second MP3 album called ZuluFunk has been added but merely basic sample tunes.. and we deliberately highlighted more of the ballads from that album for the purposes of this sample. As we would prefer to leave out the metal heads tunes for the full publish coming out soon!
